WHO IS THIS BILL ZIMMERMAN GUY?
I thought a brief background introduction would be helpful for you in determining who I am, what my business experience is and why I am the right person to help you with your mortgage needs.
I am blessed with a wonderful wife, Stephanie, and 5 fun, smart children. If you’d ask me how many more we’ll have, I’ll always give the same answer – one at a time! We’ve enjoyed our marriage now for over 11 years and are enjoying the present, but still looking forward to a joy-filled future. We live in a comfortable home in NW Boise and enjoy the association of many friends and family in the area.
I Know Commitment.
I have worked for myself since I was 23. For the past 12 years I’ve been in the mortgage lending industry. I have worked tirelessly as a Top Producing loan originator and have handled just about every kind of mortgage loan there is. Over the past five years alone, I’ve overseen over 1300 transactions.
I Know the Mortgage Business.
My family and I moved to Idaho 8 years ago. I was offered the position of branch manager with the mortgage company I was with after consistently producing in the top tier. Then, in the spring of 2000, I ran with the opportunity to purchase 50% of Security Funding and help establish marketing plans and opportunities for myself and the company as a whole.

We are a mortgage lender with all the flexibility that one could ask for. We have in- house processing and automated underwriting. Our ability to process and underwrite our files locally earns us high marks from our clients – Realtors and homebuyers. As mortgage lender we also have access to more than 60 banks and lenders/sources of mortgage funds. This gives us the ability to serve your clients needs no matter what they may be.
You have heard of 1-hour photos. Well how about one-hour loan approvals? We offer Automated Underwriting. This technology is a loan origination and underwriting system that streamlines the mortgage process and gives me the ability to offer loan approvals in as little as an hour! I can underwrite your buyer’s loan and know exactly what I need to complete the transaction. In addition to standard conventional mortgages, I even offer FHA & VA using this system.
